How do I return my item?

We will try our best to help you, but we can’t promise anything. We are sorry to say that we don’t accept returns of personalised gifts. All our products are customised just for you, (that’s why you like us) and once they are in production, they can’t be refunded. My order has arrived and it’s broken!
Did the postman handle your item too roughly? It’s very disappointing to wait for an item to be delivered and then find out it’s broken! We care about the quality of your items and we want them to be in perfect condition. Please help us help you by sending our Customer Support heroes the details of the broken item and we will work on getting a new one sent to you as quickly as possible. My order has arrived and there’s a spelling mistake!
We know how crucial it is for the personalisation to be spelt right and we apologise for the spelling mistake. Our personalised gifts are made specially for you, so our machines will print exactly what you typed when you placed your order. That’s why we suggest you to double check any names and messages for possible spelling errors. If your gift does arrive with mistakes, we can’t take responsibility unless the mistake was caused by our personalisation process.
